Farm data security and new laws

Farm data belongs to the farmer or owning company. NG only processes it under contract and explicit consent.

Steps

   Classify data

   Sensor, crop, plot location and worker imagery are classified with separate retention policies.

   Encrypt end to end

   TLS 1.3 in transit, encryption at rest, per-device certificates and signed firmware updates.

   Camera privacy

   Public streams blur faces; workers are informed and consent under Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15.

   Human-supervised AI

   Treatment advice is limited to permitted products and risky cases go to experts – in line with AI Law 134/2025/QH15.

   NDA when sharing solutions

   For investment projects NG signs an NDA before meetings that share architecture, figures and business plans.
